Our staff
has found that most coaches, athletes and parents are searching for measurable
methods of training that will allow them and/or their athletes to realize

ATM - 52 is a 52-week protocol of Advanced
Training Methods and recovery intervals designed for the development of “Elite”
hockey players.
Our
52-week training program is designed for hockey players that are interested in
bringing their game to the next level within a measured and result oriented
approach.
We
use proven testing methods which are utilized by “Elite” level programs and players
from organizations such as
As
part of the ATM - 52 programs, every athlete under goes a battery of human
performance tests. These test results
are mapped against a series of standard-setting baseline measurements which are
accepted by the athletic and physiology community.
The
cross-reference process reveals the athletes areas of strength, however more
importantly it identifies the athletes areas of needed improvement.
This
allows our staff to calculate and match the training methods and protocols to
effectively further develop or candidates in terms of athletic balance,
strength, size, speed and the ability to absorb force.
The
result of the ATM-52 program is the production of Faster, Stronger, and Bigger
and less injury ridden athletes.
Our proven training methods enable our athletes to perform at an impact

The ATM - 52 Process
Our
trusted staff &
program administers, assist and supervise the Human Performance Tests that takes
place at our lab at one of the local Hospital Exercise
Medicine Centers.
All
programs, Bronze, Silver & Gold are custom developed training protocols and
algorithms which are derived from the test results.
Each
program has 4-phases comprised of 3-months of training logic to include
scheduled training assessments.
Providing our candidates 52-weeks of supervised calculated and result
oriented training.
